Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we issue gift credits equivalent to the purchase amount, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Exchanges

Gifts
If your item was designated as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll be issued a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return once we receive the item. Subsequently, the gift certificate will then be sent to you via mail for future use.
Conversely, in cases where the item wasn’t identified as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver arranged for the order to be shipped to themselves to present to you later, we’ll issue the gift credit to the original purchaser. They’ll be promptly notified about the return, and the gift credit will be made available for their use.
